Location: Queens
The rule of odds isn't being used here, but the batteries are small enough so that it doesn't create much dead space in the middle. There is symmetry in this image but it isn't 100% symmetrical because the logo designs on the two batteries are different, but this is literally the only difference between the two halves of the image, so I would still consider it more or less symmetrical. The image is balanced and each half has equal "weight".
